Get in touch via email, WhatsApp or simply call to book your free (no obligation) initial consultation. During this visit we will discuss your requirements, design ideas and take some measurements.
You will be sent a guide price shortly after your initial consultation. If you are happy with the guide price we can proceed to the design stage. We will require a 10% deposit to continue with your design.
Once we have agreed on your requirements and finishes we will fully design your project using 3D design software. You will then be sent an full quotation for the work and 3D designs to approve. Any changes you wish to make can be resolved before we proceed to the build stage.
Once we have agreed the final design we can arrange a delivery and installation date. The building of your project will take place in our fully equipped workshop in Sussex. Here we will carry out as much of the work off site in order to minimise disruption in your home. We require a 40% payment to book your build stage. Any changes made to your original design at this stage may incur further cost but you will be informed of this at the time. Minor adjustments can be included in the price.
Once your project is ready for installation on your agreed date we will deliver the project to your home and install it with as little disruption as possible. Whilst as much cutting and painting will be done in our workshop, top coat and trims will usually need doing on site. The utmost care will be taken to ensure your property is protected at all times. The final invoice will be sent on completion.
In the event that you have any issues with your new bespoke project, we will be at your service to rectify any complaints as a priority. We provide a 10 year guarantee for all our bespoke projects.
